Electrical Wires & Cables form a vital link between the mains supply source to the products to be successfully operated for weeks, months and years during & beyond the rated life. Wires & Cables are desired to handle the maximum rated load of the end-product without causing any fire hazard or beak-down. BTH current facility offers adequate testing services as per the Indian Standards Requirements on quality & safety test for various category/capacity of electrical wires & cables as per its current scope of testing.

Inflammability Tests: BTH also created an in-house test facility to test Inflammability Parameters for the Electrical Wires & Cables to meet the laid down Standard’s requirements

• PVC Insulated (Heavy duty) Cables Up to 1100 V
• XLPE PVC Sheathed Cables up to 1100 V
• Elastomer Insulated cable Up to 1100V
• Aerial Bunched Cables for working voltage up to and including 1100 Volt

• Winding wires for submersible motors

• Polyvinyl chloride insulated cables of rated voltage upto and including 450/750V
• Power cables with extruded insulation and their accessories for rated voltage of 1 kV (Um = 1,2 kV) and3 kV (Um = 3,6kV)

• Rubber Insulated Cables Electric cables — PVC insulated, armoured cables for voltages of 600/1000 V and 1900/3300 V
